Dogs on the Green was first held on 26 May 2019 in Merrimac to a great turnout of Gold Coast dog lovers! Following the success of this event, we held a further event on Sunday 29 September, which was also well attended.  The next event is on Sunday 8 December, from 8am to 1pm, which has already reached 75% capacity.  Further dates for 2020 will be announced after the December event.
Benowa State School has kindly allowed me to hire their grounds for all future events, which means they are now 'home' to Dogs on the Green!  They are happy to support an event which promotes small business and provides a fun day out for dogs.
The Mudgeeraba Rotary Club will return with their delicious bacon & egg rolls and sausage sizzle, plus other food stalls, coffee van, slushees, donuts and an ice cream van will be joining us too.
THE VENUE: Benowa State School, Benowa Rd
The venue offers loads of space for more stalls, parking on the oval for stallholders, access to water and toilets. Dogs on the Green is the first event of its kind to be held in this venue and we are so happy to be holding all future events here.
This is a dog friendly event, including dogs brought to the event for fostering and adoption. I would like for each stallholder to donate a product or discount voucher (approx value around $20) to go towards raffle prizes, with all proceeds going to the rescue groups attending on the day.  Charities, NFP and food vendors are exempt from this donation.

CONDITIONS:  Please read all conditions before booking. Your booking and payment is confirmation that you have read and agree to the conditions.
1. All stallholders MUST hold their own Stallholder Public Liability insurance. After booking, please email your certificate of currency to hello@doggiedaywear.com (for those who attended a previous event, only resend if your policy has since expired and been renewed)
2. All gazebos MUST have weights OR pegs attached. No weights/pegs = no trade
3. All stallholders must read the bump in info fully and follow instructions given to them by the event team members on the day.  Bump in details will be sent a week before the event.
4. Cancellation Policy: all cancellations within 14 days of the event will forfeit the stall fee paid (unless you can find another stallholder to take your place).
5. Weather Policy: unless there is extreme and dangerous weather, the show will go on. If the weather is bad in the days leading up to the event, I will liaise with the school and you will be advised if we decide to cancel. All fees paid will be transferred to another date.
6.  We are not taking any further bookings for food vendors or charity/rescue groups at this stage.  We are FULLY BOOKED for dog trainers, treats, meals and photographers, so please do not book in for these types of stalls. Other stall types will be added as quotas are met, to ensure a good mix of stalls. Thanks for your understanding on this point. If unsure, please email me first before booking.
